This 2-part epoxy primer is made up of a blend of epoxy resin and a curing agent binder giving low viscosity characteristics necessary to wet the substrate, giving good penetration properties. Thorprime is designed for use on a variety of substrates, including concrete. The substrate must be primed prior to the application of the resin.
