Removal and re-installation of Epoxy DPM and levelling screed

Thortech International Industrial flooring where called in to this popular factory that produces parts for 3-d printers.

They had been having issues with previous contractors taking longer than proposed to remove the existing Vinyl and flow-able screed so the team took all its plant and tooling and got the job done in just 2 days

We removed the vinyl with a Bully Stripper then used our 3 Phase floor planer attached to our Hoover to eliminate all dust to keep the work area clean and tidy.

After all preparation was complete it was time to install the 2 part Liquid Dpm followed by the fast setting flowable screed that can be trafficed in just under 2 hours.
